The creative force behind FOXIE Tiny Homes, a dynamic husband-and-wife duo, Matt & April Waldron. Their journey began with flipping houses, evolving into high-end client remodels before a realization ignited their passion for luxury tiny homes. Matt, with a diverse professional background spanning audio, high-end loudspeaker manufacturing, handmade ceramic tile, and sourcing products from Asia, brings a unique set of skills to the table. His expertise in green building, manufacturing sciences, and certification in Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodologies sets FOXIE Tiny Homes apart. April, with a professional foundation in real estate and interior design, adds the perfect touch of elegance and functionality to their projects. Nestled in the shadow of Mount Timpanogos on the Wasatch Front in Utah, Matt and April, raising five kids, infuse FOXIE Tiny Homes with a commitment to creativity and quality, perpetually remodeling little corners of their own home while crafting luxury tiny homes for others.

A World Class Building Envelope
FOXIE excels in constructing top-tier building envelopes, employing lightweight cold-formed steel framing, Huber Zip/Advantech, and Rok-On fireproof MGO insulated sheathing. Our structures feature strategic EPS and mineral wool insulations, paired with Pro-Clima Intello smart membranes for an airtight seal. Pioneering passive home technology, we integrate Phase Change Material in Tiny Homes and ADUs, strategically reducing heating/cooling costs by up to 60% and lessening the strain on mechanical systems. To optimize energy efficiency, our buildings are thermally decoupled from the steel trailer foundation, showcasing a commitment to cutting-edge, green, and sustainable construction practices.

Our homes include premium materials and equipment as a standard (e.g. radiant floor heating, smart home thermostats, etc.), which would typically only be offered as upgrades in a custom show home. This means you can live luxuriously now! With tiny homes having a smaller footprint, we make it affordable for you to enjoy the best features and finishes in your home.
